1. Consulting

We help you develop a strategy to achieve your future goals, evaluate current programs and make recommendations, conduct feasibility assessments to take the guesswork out of decision-making, and help build infrastructure that bolsters internal capacity and establishes best practices for your organization.

2. Coaching

We work one-on-one with your a member of your team to address your toughest challenges and achieve breakthroughs. Coaching packages are offered for minimum of 3 months.

3. Training

We design and facilitate custom workshops to your team on fundraising, transformational travel, ethical and empathic community engagement, and intercultural competence. Workshops range from 3 hours to 2 days. For examples of past workshops, click here.

4. Retaining

We serve as an on-call resource to your team and stakeholders for assistance in fundraising, travel, donor and community engagement, and intercultural competence. Retainers are offered for minimum of 3 months.

5. Collaborating

We partner with you as a strategic resource on a new project, campaign, or business model.

Five Easy Steps to Get Started

1. Contact us to set up a 45-minute meeting

Meetings are held over the phone and Zoom, or in-person if you are in the Portland metro area. We’ll discuss your vision for the future, what’s worked in the past, and your most pressing needs and concerns. We’ll also select a date and time for our next meeting.

2. You’ll receive a Press Kit in 2-3 business days

The press kit will include everything you need to know about Philanthropy without Borders, including Client Results, Consultant Bio, References, Brochures, and White Papers with helpful information on planning and implementing travel programs.

3. We’ll meet with you to solidify the project

At this meeting, you’ll have a chance to ask questions, voice concerns, clarify needs, determine goals and objectives, define the scope of our engagement with your organization.

4. You’ll receive a proposal within 48 hours

The proposal will state the outcomes of the project and how progress will be measured. It will also establish accountabilities and serve as an template for our work together. Taking into account your budget and timeline, we’ll provide you with 2-3 options that include fees and services to meet you needs. Proposals are valid for 30 days from the time of receipt.

5. Sign the Proposal and send the first payment

Once the signed Proposal and initial payment are received, we’ll get right to work. Depending on the size and scale of the project, we may schedule time on-site at your headquarters and continue to meet virtually or in-person on a monthly or biweekly basis.
